As always, we pick the 3.0 4-cylinder diesel that has 131hp despite some flaws. Sure, it has power in the low rev range which makes it good for hauling or off-road duties; driving it hard would make it scream. One good advantage is you can have a choice of automatic or manual transmissions.
Offered between 2005 to August 2006 is a 236hp 4.0 V6 gasoline that is fast at the expense of fuel economy.
The sole trim, the VX, has dual airbags, ABS brakes, limited slip differential, fog lamps, step board, roof rails, leather upholstery, heated front seats, LED multi-function display, all power amenities, six disc changer (pre-August 2006 models makes do with a CD player) with cassette, automatic climate control, on board computer, keyless entry, and alarm.
