Car Choices:
Among the 4-cylinder powerplants, we would vouch for the 157hp 2.4 since it showcases a balance between performance and economy. Sold between 2002 to mid-2004, the 2.0 which has 149hp is perfect for city dwellers but struggles at high speeds.

There is a 3.0 V6 that dishes out 212hp for people who want more. It is a devil's advocate in terms of speed but possess an angel's whisper when it comes to noise and smoothness.

E models get dual airbags, ABS brakes, chrome door handles, power folding mirrors, six disc changer, rear aircon vents, alarm system, keyless entry, front and rear sensors, and chrome scuff plates (the last two items were added in the late 2004 update). Discontinued in 2004 is the G which shares the same amenities with the V except for the engine (the G has a 2.0 motor while the V gets the 2.4). So, both the G and V adds fog lamps, leather seats, wood interior trim, electric seating adjustment, LED backlit gauges, and MP3 capability. The 3.0 V gains the V6 engine, two more airbags ,and rain sensing wipers.
