Car Choices:
As always, go for the 197hp 2.2 diesel since it is smooth and flexible whenever the situation calls for it; credit the available torque pegged at 435Nm with a rev range of 1,800-2,500rpm.

There exists a 2.4 4-cylinder gasoline with 174hp. It has some virtues at the expense of fuel economy plus with the diesel's existence, this becomes a useless buy.

A bizarre number of variants available confuses the buyer, since the local distributor would usually bring in various trim lines each year due to the shipments brought in. Majority of Sorentos that you can see in the second hand market are 2WD models. LX (previously named as EX) comes basic: dual airbags, ABS brakes, CD player, all power features, power outlet, alarm, and keyless entry. Earlier models get automatic climate control, stability control, roof rails and foglamps which were dropped in favor of the top end EX. Choosing the top of the line EX gives you moon roof, roof rails, leather seats, mood lamp, automatic climate control, fog lamp, and Bluetooth.
