Car Choices:
Unlike the Outlander, the ASX features a 2.0 4-cylinder gasoline which pumps out 150hp. Despite the heft, it can be pushed harder but becomes coarse when revved above 5,000rpm. Both manual and automatic transmissions are available.

GLX models have at least dual airbags, ABS brakes, CD and DVD player, touch screen LCD monitor, keyless entry, automatic climate control, Bluetooth, and paired with the manual transmission. GLS gains an automatic transmission, GPS navigation, steering wheel audio controls, and fog lamps. Choosing the GLS SE gives you 4WD, LCD type multi-information display monitor, seven airbags, stability control, hill start assist, headlamp washer, wide range HID headlights, and push button engine start.
