Car Choices:
Of all the three engines available, we pick the 3.0 diesel which produces 235hp. Not because it is fast and smooth, finding one wont take you time.

If you prefer a gasoline motor, then get a 272hp 3.0 inline six petrol which was discontinued in 2010. This makes the 355hp 4.8 V8 out of contention, unless you want more power and optional M version made standard in 2010.

All models, regardless of engine, get eight airbags, corner and dynamic brake control, hill descent control, stability and traction control, rollover sensors, front and rear sensors, fog lamps, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers, roof rails, leather seats, power mirrors with heat and fold, cruise control (except for the 3.0 gasoline), disc changer, alarm, and keyless entry. The 4.8 adds rear view camera, automatic active headlamps, headlamp washers, heads-up display, sports leather upholstery, and BMW M kits for later models.

There exists a third row seat, which is an option for 3.0 models. Some have it, while some not carry this one. But, we wouldn't advise fitting people in it since it is uncomfortable.
