Used Car Review - Nissan Cefiro (2000-2007)
Car Choices:
Our choice is the 2.0 V6 with either 155hp (2000-2002) or 165hp (2002-2007) since this is the majority engine. Also, it has low maintenance costs and pulls the Cefiro with ease. Launched in 2004 is a 3.0 V6 that churns out 220hp which is anything but smooth.
Between 2000 to 2003, there are two variants named Elite and Brougham. We pick the Elite since it offers the basics including: airbags, ABS brakes, brakeforce distribution and assist, back up sensor, speed sensing locks, fog lamps, leather upholstery, wood interior trim, moon roof, rear aircon vents, analogue clock, 60/40 folding rear seat, six disc changer, alarm, keyless entry, rear side sunshade, automatic climate control, and steering wheel controls. Brougham models add gold emblems, heads-up display, electronically adjustable rear seats, VCD player, and six inch LCD screen. Variants were renamed in late 2004 which resulted to the Classic, Superior, and 300EX. Classic gains an additional six disc for its CD changer and MP3 capability plus the goodies found in the Elite but loses out the fog lamps, rear sun shade, and leather seats (it uses fabric upholstery). Superior models add leather seats, fog lamps, stainless steel scuff plates, rear sun shade, and lighted vanity mirrors. Going for the 300EX gives you the 3.0 V6 and power front seats with memory.
